Carolyn picked up Tony and Tim at the
Lincoln airport late this afternoon. Tony flew from Raleigh, North
Carolina, to Minneapolis, Tim flew from Indianapolis to Minneapolis,
and they flew into Lincoln on the same flight. They drove straight
here (after a brief stop at Runza) and we have already had a great
visit. Ben walked in to our apartment with them, and John, Julie,
Sadie, and Jack joined us shortly thereafter. Sadie and Jack took Tim
out to play and wore him out thoroughly. Tony (the younger) took
Tim's place with the kids and was obviously in much better shape than
his dad. We all watched Duke win its first-round NCAA tournament game
against North Dakota State. Some of us watched more closely than
others. R.J. Barrett and Zion Williamson were outstanding, especially
in the second half. Elaine's chocolate chip cookies were outstanding
throughout. We look forward to continuing our great visit.
