When I came across this picture today, I thought it had to be made available to Tony Vrana up in Tomah, WI. He is the little fellow that My Dad, Tony V. is holding. My brother Jerry is to the right with Mother between Dad and Jerry. Jerry's wife Sondra is to the left holding Jim. Our son Jon is between the two little boys. This was taken when the folks lived out on the Sandusky farm east of town. We had driven back from Virginia, Jerry's had come down from Tomah with their pickup camper, for a family reunion. This may have been the time several of us were setting on the front porch and Dad walked over, opened the gate to let the cat out into the farm yard. Don commented that Dad had certainly mellowed in his old age. I remembered when he would have thrown it over and one of the older relatives said they remembered when he would have kicked it over. All jokes aside, Dad looks pretty happy and proud to have a Grandson named after him.
