On this 75th Anniversary of the Day that will live in Infamy, it seems appropriate to pay homage to the United States Flag and all it represents in our History. Our community is blessed with a "Parade of Flags". The Seward Kiwanis Club provided leadership for the project which became a reality in cooperation with the City and the assistance of many others.
