It was a Happy Mother’s Day at the Owens’ as we pictured the Mothers and Sadie after an excellent dessert. Jack was taking his nap so Sadie had our undivided attention which she appreciates. She continues to entertain us with her conversation. When she was visiting with Elaine she said, “Whatever will be, will be”. She just got her new “training” bike which enables her to walk along and eventually coast to learn balance. It has little foot rest for her use as she eventually coast down their driveway. Meanwhile, she enjoys peddling her tricycle. It even has a “push rod” for extra assistance, if necessary. She is well protected with pads for any falls. When our kids were little, we just accepted that bruises were part of the learning process. Sunday, May 10, 2015
