I woke up from my afternoon nap to catch Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts and Staff member on the 2:00pm Press Conference. We have a total of 19 confirmed cases in the State with 2 in Lincoln and most of the others in the Omaha Metro Area with only a few outstate. He spoke of some of our Ethanol production being donated to a process to convert it to hand sanitizer. And, of all the things that are being carried out reduce the size of gathering to 10 or less. He said that State Agencies are focusing on providing Services with Safety and Security. He is watching the developing Federal Legislation and commented on the Federal Income Tax delay. While 2019 Nebraska State Income tax can be delayed, it is primarily for folks at high risk. He hopes that most Nebraskans will meet the old April 15 deadline to assist state finances,
