Though pictures like this one were taken less than 5 years ago, it's comforting to look at them today and realize how peaceful things were so recently. The move from our house to the Brookdale facility 2 1/2 years ago was one of the most difficult transition we ever made. Now we are faced with the coronavirus and all the impact that it already has had. We were given a list of 12 activities that have been cancelled here for the rest of this month and April. Brookdale is a National Chain and a certain amount of guidance is coming from the Home office in Nashville, TN. The Stock Market has been very erratic lately with the DOW down 2,013 points yesterday and up 1,167 today. The Presidential contest has taken a bit of a back-seat to everything else but is still a major concern for many of use. Jon, Mary and Anna will be with us for another day before heading out. We have certainly enjoyed their visit and Jon's help on the computer. I have enjoyed doing these blog pages primarily for family and friends since late 2010 but can forseee the day when I may have to limit that. Meanwhile our family is still #1 and we will help each other through these difficult times whichever turn they take.
