We keep getting these reminders that "Yes, we are going to have an auction and eventually even sell our house" and what could be more convincing than seeing a copy of the Sale Bill today. Sure, we had seen the notice and pictures on the Underwood Web site but it wasn't like seeing the printed sale bill. We have complete confidence in Linda in her preparation and conducting of the sale but have no idea why she chose some of the pictures. It's a sensitive situation where her experience tells her that you put together a sale bill that will attract people to come to the auction and buy. As novices, had we been picking pictures, it might have been based on sentimental value to us. The Sale Bill also reminds us how soon its all going to happen. Two weeks from this coming Sunday will be here before we "know it" and yet with Carolyn's management and her close working relationship with Linda and Jack, I'm sure they will be ready. I did some sorting today but still have much to do. We have been through enough auctions to know that some things don't bring what you expected but that it balances out by a few things surprise you and bring more. We hope that continues and that everyone can go home happy.
