Senator Mike Johanns was in Seward today for a brief “listening” stop. I had the privilege of visiting with him as he spent a few minutes at our Kiwanis Club gathering. I told him that we had confidence in him, his own personal “good judgment” and to not be influenced very much by party, large organizations, nor lobbyist; to do what is right for the Country and be wary of extremist at either end of the spectrum.
